Cuisine and Daily Routine
Cuisine
Our cuisine is predominately vegetarian. If at all possible, we use herbs and vegetables from our own garden. Upon request, we will also organise non-vegetarian meals. Alcoholic drinks are served at special occasions.
Insurance and Liability
Each visitor is fully responsible for him-/herself and has to be insured against illness and accident. We have a policy of no drugs and a general policy of no alcohol. Smoking is permitted in designated areas only.
Assisting the Community
The Center’s communal organisation will be happy for you to assist with daily kitchen, household and gardening chores. In exchange you will benefit from discounted accommodation rates (see Rates).
Daily Routine
Usually, our days follow the routine specified below. Although we will be happy for guests to take part in our spiritual activities, it is completely up to you whether you do so.
7am Fire ceremony or silent meditation by the fire (2-3 x per week and/or upon request) 8am Breakfast
1pm Lunch
6pm Dinner
Evenings: various offers covering spiritual issues and practices
10pm Going to bed
