Terms and Conditions

Reservation

All reservations should be made in writing (by mail, fax or email). The reservation becomes binding upon receipt of payment of half the amount in Swiss francs or euro in one of our bank accounts. Please transfer the remaining amount no later than 4 weeks prior to the start date of the course and/or date of arrival.

Cancellation policy for guests and seminar participants

•  Up to 28 days prior to date of arrival: 30.- CHF processing fee.
•  28 - 7 days prior to date of arrival: 25% of overall price.
•  7 - 1 days prior to date of arrival: 50% of overall price.
•  At the date of arrival or in the event of non-attendance: 100% of overall price.

Cancellation of Courses

In the event that a course is cancelled by the course organiser, we will inform you immediately and refund the advance payment.

Rates are subject to change.

Insurance and Liability

Each visitor is fully responsible for him-/herself and is to take out insurance against illness and accidents.
