This training designed and established by Punnu, who has over 35 years of vast knowledge and profound experience in meditation, is an intensive meditation and healing program which creates the necessary atmosphere for an individual to explore deeper dimensions on a physical, mental, emotional and spiritual level and also to bring about personal experiences and connection with the unified field of consciousness.

This transformational experience is open to anyone, whether or not you have any desire to teach meditation. It is also for yoga teachers seeking a way to integrate meditation into their classes to enhance the overall depth and benefits of the yoga asanas for their students.

Punnu Singh Wasu

Punnu is an Indian vocalist, musician, songwriter and multi instrumentalist - born and raised into a family that has a true love for kirtan and spirituality. He began practicing harmonium and singing at the tender age of 5. Punnu has studied yoga, meditation, Reiki and various healing modalities with different masters all over India and other countries.
